Hello! My name is Garrett, aka ‘G’. I like to think of myself as outgoing, funny, and a joy to be around. I have a dog and a cat, and I love them dearly. I love fitness, golfing, and spending time with the people I care about most. As a coach, fitness has been a passion of mine since I was a young pup. I love helping people achieve their goals in every part of their life, not just fitness. I love watching people hit new PR’s and listening to their passions and their stories. I can relate to a lot of things and how life can hit you hard sometimes.
